Strategic Planning

Putting Plans into Action

In business, particularly in a busy and hands-on work environment such as retail liquor, any manager or senior staff member finds it difficult to apply new ideas, fix problems that have arisen or simply contemplate work based situations.

The ways to fix problems and to better assess situations becomes the focus of this 'workshop' based module.  Each participant leaves with a series of action plans for 'areas of concern' relevant to their individual business.  Ideas are structured, time frames are placed on actions and any impediments to success are discussed.

One of the keys to strategic planning lies in implementing actions and understanding the apparent contradictions or conflicting objectives that are faced by all liquor retail owners and managers.  This session is practical and dynamic and stores that have more than one participant attending are often able to maximise the application of action plans.

"As well as attending a number of RLDF modules myself, the fact that it's so affordabgle means I've been able to send my managers as well. It's great that the training is available in regional areas."
