Maximising Your Customer Spend

All liquor retailers need to have some level of control over their customers once they are in the store.  We all influence our customers through category or space management - how we block groups of stock lines together for maximum benefit - in addition to influencing our customers through lighting, layout, colour, displays and signage.

In this half-day module, suitable for owners, managers and key staff, these layout and merchandising issues are all looked at in some detail.  All participants are asked to consider their individual markets in order to determine business positioning, image and standards.

In this interactive session, ideas are exchanged and all participants will work on their own businesses in addition to several case studies, ready to take valuable ideas back to their own operations.
