Ensuring Workplace Safety & Compliance
Whilst not everyone's favourite topic, new legislation and regulations in every State in Australia have ensured that workplace health and safety issues are firmly on every business agenda. At this stage, employers must have an OHS system in place and be working toward full compliance. The vast majority of liquor retailers, irrespective of size, would not currently comply.
OHS can be seen as overly bureaucratic or, alternatively, as good management practice! Whatever your opinion, laws dictate that we all have a working system and a workplace safety culture in place.
This half-day module has been specifically designed for liquor retailers and their key staff. All participants will be shown simple methods to implement in order to work toward meeting their compliance needs.
