Creating More Win/Win Situation

Whilst we might not always use the word 'negotiation' at work everyday, we are actually doing just that more often than we think!  We tend to consider that we negotiate for stock deals, however when you broaden out the concept it's easy to see that we actually negotiate with staff or managers, our other colleagues at work, with family at home and with many others.

In this module, specifically designed for staff in liquor retail businesses, we consider all the areas where negotiation skills might come in handy and look to further develop those skills.

Case study examples are used as well as actual liquor examples to fully highlight the issues.  This session does not necessarily assist staff in stock negotiations but may well lead to increased skills in that area.  The true art of negotiation is to strive to find the 'win-win' result in any situation.
